Credit Card & PayPal Acceptance
Diogenes LLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, America Express, Discover Card, and PayPal. In order to process your credit card payment, we need the following information exactly as it appears on your monthly billing statement:
Apartment or Suite Number
Street Address
City, State Zip Code
Telephone Number (associated with the credit card)
Credit Card Security Code (Visa, MasterCard, & Amex. only)
All credit card purchases are assessed a 4% convenience fee.
PayPal members can pay their invoice by clicking on the PayPal logo.
Please print out (or right click and "Save File As") the Credit Card Payment Authorization Form. Xerox (copy) your credit card & photo identification. Fax all three documents (CC authorization form, CC & ID) to 702.548.9566.
