Statement & Interview Services
There are occasions a client desires to have an "independent assessment" of a situation or an applicant. Diogenes personnel augment a client's investigation or recruitment efforts by conducting interviews and/or taking statements.
Clients utilize our Pre-employment Interview Service so the most information may be obtained from an applicant. Just as importantly, the information is then professionally evaluated by the Diogenes interviewer as to content, veracity, and overall consistency. The result is a professional report evaluating your applicant based upon the criteria you decide.
Statement Services often augment "in-house" investigations (sexual harassment, discrimination, alleged misconduct, negligent hiring, etc.). Clients often decide it is best to avoid any "conflict of interest" issues. Diogenes investigators obtain statements from the individuals involved and evaluate them. This service allows our clients to obtain unbiased reports allowing them to address a situation in the most effective fashion.
